My name
is Zuzana Vanha. I am a member of the US National Canoe/Kayak
Slalom Team and a 2008 Olympic Hopeful, living and training
at the US National Whitewater Center in Charlotte, North
Carolina. My goal is to represent the United States in
the upcoming Olympic Games in Beijing.
I have
been on the US National Team since 2006. I have trained
around the world-Canada, the US, Europe, Australia and
Brazil-to become the best I can be at the sport that I
love. I have competed in two World Championships. I am
2006 US National Champion, and 2005 and 2007 Pan-American
Champion.
I thank
you for your interest in my story as I enter the final
stage of my preparation to qualify for the 2008 US Olympic
Team in Beijing. |
